1. Seller identity
The website corner11web.com (hereinafter, «the Site») is operated by Trading Nuexo 2025 FZCO, a company incorporated in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with registered address at Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates and contact email info@corner11web.com (hereinafter, «Corner11»).
2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern access to, browsing of and the purchase of products through the Site. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in the version in force at the time of purchase.
3. Products
Corner11 sells personalised football shirts and sports kits: each item is made or configured to order according to the customer’s specifications (size, name, number, patches or other customisation options). Product images are for guidance only; slight variations in colour or finish may occur as a result of the production process.
4. Purchase process and prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include the applicable indirect taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are detailed before the order is completed. Corner11 reserves the right to change prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed. Order confirmation will be sent by email; if you notice an error in your details, contact us immediately at info@corner11web.com.
5. Payment
Payment is made through the secure payment gateways available on the Site. Corner11 does not store full payment card details; processing is carried out by PCI-DSS certified payment providers.
6. Returns policy — personalised products
In accordance with Article 17 of Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection of the United Arab Emirates and its implementing regulations, no returns or exchanges are accepted for the products sold on the Site, as they are goods made or personalised to the customer’s specifications. Please check the size, customisation and shipping details carefully before confirming your order.
7. Defective products or incorrect orders
The above does not affect your rights in the event of lack of conformity: if you receive a product that is defective, damaged or different from the one ordered, Corner11 will replace it or refund its amount in accordance with Federal Law No. 15 of 2020. You must report the issue within 7 days of receipt, attaching photographs of the product and the packaging, to info@corner11web.com.
8. Liability
Corner11 shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure, the actions of third-party carriers or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. Corner11’s total liability shall be limited, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to the amount of the order concerned.
9. Intellectual property
The contents of the Site (texts, design, own logos, photographs) are the property of Corner11 or its licensors. Reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable regulations of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in the customer’s country of residence.
